Anns Grove Primary School

Although Anns Grove Primary School was designed as a model of sustainable design, White Design are keen to ensure that the lessons do not stop there.  Craig White and Nick James have recently returned to the school in order to hold assemblies, where children were introduced to issues of energy use and global warming.

This information was reinforced for the children by using real examples from their school, such as the energy consumption of computers and what the environmental impact of this is.  This leads to the formation of good habits such as switching off computers completely at the end of the day, rather than leaving them on standby.
