Springfield cottage has had a succession of alterations to its shape over the past 30 years. This resulted in a planning restriction which allowed only 3sqm to be added to the overall footprint of the building.
White designs proposed turret with spiral staircase met both the aspirations of the client and the planning restrictions of the local authority while at the same time transforming the character of Springfield Cottage.
