It combines high quality design with leading edge technology to minimise energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions, meeting environmental criteria targets that are within 10% of current European best practice.
Natural ventilation and maximum use of daylight ensure user comfort and contribute to environmental gains, as well as user productivity. The landscaping is thoughtfully arranged to provide shelter, disguise car parking and create a range of habitats requiring low maintenance.
