Wood for Gold is pleased to announce that Craig White, director of White Design, is to be the new Chair of the Wood for Gold campaign. As well as being an experienced and innovative designer Craig has a strong interest in sustainable buildings which reflects and enhances the Wood for Gold campaign.

Craig White says “Wood for Gold is a forward looking campaign that is pushing to make the London 2012 Olympics the most sustainable Games ever, with the use of sustainably sourced wood at its heart.  I am excited to be joining Wood for Gold following the successes they have already achieved with the Olympic Delivery Authority and I look forward to joining them in publicising the many uses of wood to the architects, designers and contractors who will be responsible for 2012.”
